Whisky sour glazen

The glass

If you want to enjoy a refreshing and delicious whiskey sour, the choice of glass can certainly contribute to a better drinking experience.

Whisky sours are usually served in a rock or lowball glass, which are generally slightly smaller than standard tumblers.
These glasses not only look sleek and sophisticated, they also provide the perfect amount of space for ice and the delicious whiskey sour mixture.
Moreover, their shorter, wider shape helps release the aromas and flavors of the drink, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the taste and smell of the cocktail.

So, the next time you are going to indulge in a smooth and tangy whiskey sour, remember to grab the right glassware to get the most out of your whiskey sour fun!

Garnish

If you’re looking for ways to change up your classic whiskey sour recipe and impress your guests, there are countless garnish options to consider!

To start, you can add a twist of citrus by using orange or lemon slices.
This not only tastes great but also looks beautiful in the glass.

Another option is to opt for a cherry garnish, which complements the sweetness of the sour mix and adds a touch of color to the drink.

If you want to add a more sophisticated touch, consider using cocktail bitters that not only enhance the flavour of your whiskey sour, but also give it a complex aroma.

You can also experiment with herbs or herb blends such as sage and thyme to add a subtle earthy flavour to the drink.

Whatever your preference, there are countless garnish options that can take your whiskey sour to the next level and make it a crowd favorite at your next party.
